Join Our Tribe

Living on an awesome boat in the Red Sea doing up to 4 dives a day almost every day, doesn’t that sound like a dream?

Our internship program enables you to join our Tribe as an intern. We highly pride our services, so our expectations of you are also as high.

Applicants must be:

• Divemaster or above from Padi or SSI
• Passionate about diving and delivering top diver experience on board
• Self-motivated and have a can-do or will learn how to do attitude
• A people person who is able to build excellent relations with the team and guests alike
• Bilingual

Duties will include:

• Assisting in planning & guiding dives
• Assisting guests with enquiries and hands-on support related to setting up equipment
• Write dive and trip reports for publication on the website and social media
• Underwater and onboard camera works to share with guests Socialise with guests to ensure delivering the Tribe’s experience
• Overall support with the crew when necessary

Clear Key Performance Indicators will be given to the successful candidates. The performance will be evaluated post each trip with the minimum passing score is 90%. The program will be discontinued if the candidate score between 80% to 90% in two trips or below 80% on any trip.

Upon completing the full programme, candidates could be offered full-time employment when a suitable position becomes available with the Tribe. Moreover, completion and recommendation letters will be provided to candidates who complete the programme.
